This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information you provide when using our website.

Information We Collect

We collect the contact, business and financial information you choose to provide through our enquiry form. After you agree to saving and follow-up and provide a valid email, the form saves your progress as you go, including before you finish. CBL can therefore retain and follow up on an incomplete inquiry. No inquiry answers are saved to CBL before that consent.

How We Use Your Information

The current qualification form saves information for CBL review and follow-up, including an unfinished inquiry where you agreed to this. It does not automatically distribute your information to financing providers. If a later provider application or information sharing is proposed, it should be explained and your agreement obtained before proceeding.

Saved Progress and Optional Documents

Saved and unfinished inquiries are kept in CBL’s lead database with their progress and completion state. Your browser tab stores an opaque inquiry identifier and private resume credential, rather than the contact or financial answers. That credential lets the same tab reopen its own saved answers after a refresh; it expires after seven days. Closing the tab does not erase information already saved to CBL.

Bank-statement uploads are optional at initial qualification. Selected files upload only when you request review and are held in private storage for CBL review, without public file links. File selections must be made again if you refresh before uploading. Please do not email banking documents or government ID.

Optional Usage Analytics

With your optional analytics permission, we use Microsoft Clarity to understand use of public website pages through usage analytics and masked session recordings. Microsoft processes this analytics data. We do not load Clarity before you allow analytics. Declining does not affect your financing enquiry.

Qualification, application, results, contact and partner intake pages are excluded. We also exclude URLs containing query parameters or fragments, mask website text, and do not send enquiry IDs, contact details or financing answers as analytics events. Advertising storage permission is denied.

You can change your choice using the Analytics preferences button. Withdrawing permission reloads the page to end the current analytics session. Learn more about Microsoft Clarity data collection.
